The one who is elected (uncontested, this time) to be the leader of a party which membership is not accessible by everyone will autmatically be the one leading the entire rock concert country. Not everyone has the chance to vote for or against him, yet he is going to be EVERYONE'S leader. 

How can it actually make sense?

I wonder if the automatic promotion is not there, would everyone still be that interested in the party election?
